PRISTINA, Feb 6 (Hina) - The UN Mission TO Kosovo (UNMIK) said on Wednesday all Kosovo Albanians detained in Yugoslav prisons could be released by the end of March. The UNMIK justice department head, Jean-Christian Cady, said
authorities in Belgrade had submitted documentation on Albanian detainees. The Mission will go over the entire documentation in order to see who has to continue serving the sentence in Kosovo, and who is a political detainee who should be released as soon as come under the UNMIK's jurisdiction, Cady said. According to official data, 162 Kosovo Albanians are detained in prisons in Serbia. Albanian sources claim the number is much higher.(hina) np
