SARAJEVO, Feb 1 (Hina) - The Bosnian Foreign Ministry on Friday forwarded a diplomatic note to the Croatian Embassy in Sarajevo, officially informing the Croatia about a decision on temporary measures for import of oil and oil products passed by the Bosnian Council of Ministers on Thursday. The statement by the Bosnian ministry delivered to Hina reads the Croatian Embassy was informed that the most recent decision by the Council of Ministers was passed "as part of solving a mutual problem of grey economy and illegal oil trade", and in order to introduce order in transport of hazardous substances and equally use border crossings between the two countries. Bosnian authorities are ready for and open to possible amendments to the measures and the harmonisation of the two countries' activities in line with the bilateral and multilateral commitments of two countries. Three border crossings were established by the Council of Ministers' decision on the transport of oil and oil products from Croatia: Doljani, Izacic and Bosanski Brod. Oil coming to Bosnia from other countries can be imported through five border crossings: Bosanska Gradiska, Kamensko, Crveni Grm and Izacic. Any attempt of oil import from Croatia is by the decision blocked as border crossings established by Bosnia are not on the same list of border crossings through which the Croatian government allows the transport of oil to Bosnia.
