three peoples are constituent throughout Bosnia. The HNS, which includes the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and similar parties, was formed in October 2000, as an answer to international pressures on Bosnian Croats, according to its founders. At today's session, the HNS presidency concluded the constitutional changes must guarantee the establishment of Houses of Peoples in the parliaments of both entities, the Croat-Muslim federation and the Serb republic, presidency member Niko Lozancic said.
