SARAJEVO, Jan 30 (Hina) - Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic is hiding at a monastery near Vilusine in Montenegro, while Ratko Mladic has escaped from Belgrade and is in Valjevo in central Serbia, the Sarajevo newspaper
Dnevni Avaz says on Wednesday. Quoting unnamed but well-informed sources, the daily claims Karadzic was last seen travelling from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina in December. Since then he has not left his current hideout where he is allegedly continuing to write his memoirs and preparing his defence before the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague, says the newspaper. Dnevni Avaz alleges Mladic is currently staying at an army-owned flat in Valjevo and is travelling to the Yugoslav capital only occasionally. Two flats next to his are occupied by his security, which consists mainly of his relatives from Kalinovik.(hina) ha
