ZAGREB, Jan 31 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Thursday received the new mission chief of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Croatia, Peter Semneby. In a brief statement for reporters after
the meeting, Semneby said he spoke with Mesic about the chief issues of the OSCE mandate in Croatia, primarily about the return of refugees and institutional changes necessary for the creation of conditions for their further return and accepting in the local environment. The meeting also focused on the reform of the Croatian legislature, and Semneby expressed hope in close cooperation with Croatian authorities, especially with the Justice Ministry.(hina) lml sb
