ZAGREB, Jan 24 (Hina) - The State Judicial Council (DSV) on Thursday unanimously reappointed three former Supreme Court judges, seven years after they first applied for the posts. Judges Gordana Gassparini, Erika Kocijancic, and
Milivoj Mikor three times filed a constitutional complaint against the DSV, which did not appoint them Supreme Court judges. The Constitutional Court adopted the complaints every time, returning them to the DSV for another vote. The reappointments were supported by parliament's judiciary committee. The DSV today also re-appointed Milovan Subotic Bjelovar County Court judge, Marica Scepanovic and Zoran Matulovic Split County Court judges, and Svetlana Majstorovic Osijek Municipal Court judge.(hina) ha
