SARAJEVO, Jan (Hina) - The Bosnia-Herzegovina Helsinki Committee for Human Rights on Thursday decided there were no grounds to conclude that the decisions passed by High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch were directed against the
Croat people, or that Croats had been discriminated against in any way. Responding to the demand of former member of the Bosnian Presidency Ante Jelavic who requested that the Helsinki Committee advocate the respect of his human and political rights, Committee chairman Srdjan Dizdarevic said Jelavic's replacement and amendments to temporary electoral ruless were conducted in line with existing legal frameworks in Bosnia.(hina) it
