SARAJEVO, Jan 9 (Hina) - Bosnia-Herzegovina authorities are insisting that the Croatian parliament ratify the agreement on Ploce Harbour and the passage through Bosnia's Neum, Bosnian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Amer Kapetanovic said
on Wednesday. Kapetanovic told a regular news conference in Sarajevo that the ratification of the agreement was "necessary", as well as a foundation for talks on possible changes to the agreement which regulates the status and management of Ploce. "Bosnia-Herzegovina has already fulfilled all its obligations in the area in line with conclusions of the Inter-State Cooperation Commission, and is now expecting Croatia to do the same," he said. Kapetanovic did not directly comment any possibility of change to the agreement, but did confirm that talks about the issue were possible by experts.(hina) lml
