The Supreme Court will on Wednesday present the new system of
publication of court proceedings on the Internet. This new step in
the technological opening of court proceedings to the public will
facilitate access to court rulings for citizens and legal experts.
The new system of making court proceedings public was prepared
within the project "Reconstruction 1999 - Judiciary and Law
Schools", with financial assistance from the European Union and
cooperation of experts from the Dutch institute Asser.
Procedure is underway to remove from court rulings the names of
clients and other personal information to protect their privacy.
