ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - The Croatian Mine Clearance Centre (HCR) and the Islamic Republic of Iran signed a declaration on cooperation in mine clearance in Zagreb on Friday.

the Islamic Republic of Iran signed a declaration on cooperation in
mine clearance in Zagreb on Friday. #L#
The document was signed by the Director of the Croatian Mine
Clearance Centre, Oto Jungwirth, and the Deputy Iranian Interior
Minister for Security and Law Enforcement, Ali Asghar Ahmadi.
The national mine clearance centres of the two countries will
exchange experience and technology, and cooperate in educating
people about the danger of land mines and caring for mine victims.
The signing ceremony was attended by Iran's Ambassador in Croatia,
Jafar Shamsian, and the Croatian Minister of Labour and Social
Welfare, Davorko Vidovic, who is also the chairman of the HCR
Council.
