arbitration law and practice opened at the Croatian Chamber of the
Economy in Zagreb on Thursday. #L#
The main topic discussed was arbitration in the countries of former
Yugoslavia. Representatives of arbitration institutions from
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro,
and Slovenia spoke of laws and practice in their countries.
Also discussed was reconciliation as an alternative way of solving
disputes, which is being developed in these countries.
