BELGRADE, Dec 3 (Hina) - Slobodan Milosevic will head the list of the Socialist Party of Serbia at the December 28 parliamentary election in Serbia, Belgrade-based news agency Beta reported on Wednesday, adding that the slate would
also include almost the entire former party leadership and six members of the "Sloboda" (Freedom) association which is helping Milosevic's defence before the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague.

the Socialist Party of Serbia at the December 28 parliamentary
election in Serbia, Belgrade-based news agency Beta reported on
Wednesday, adding that the slate would also include almost the
entire former party leadership and six members of the "Sloboda"
(Freedom) association which is helping Milosevic's defence before
the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague. #L#
Milosevic will thus become the third ICTY indictee to head a party
slate at the forthcoming Serbian parliamentary elections.
The Central Electoral Commission has confirmed the list of
candidates of the Serb Radical Party headed by ICTY indictee
Vojislav Seselj, while Nebojsa Pavkovic is still gathering
signatures for his slate. He is to appear on the slate of Branislav
Ivkovic's Socialist People's Party, which broke away from
Milosevic's party.
