ZAGREB, Nov 24 (Hina) - Sunday's parliamentary election in Croatia was implemented in line with the commitments set by the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and international democratic standards, however,
some issues still need to be solved, the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) said in a statement on Monday.

Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and
international democratic standards, however, some issues still
need to be solved, the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE
Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) said in

This primarily means improving the legal framework for the
elections, a short period for the implementation of the elections,
increasing the number of polling stations abroad (particularly for
refugees in Serbia-Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina) and
increasing the level of transparency of campaign financing, the
ODIHR reported.
