ZAGREB, Nov 21 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Friday adopted a decree on the gradual decomissioning of single-bottom tankers in conformity with the international convention on the protection of the sea from pollution by ships,

decree on the gradual decomissioning of single-bottom tankers in
conformity with the international convention on the protection of
the sea from pollution by ships, the government public relations

Meeting behind closed doors, the government initiated procedure to
sign a framework loan agreement for a 584,702,000 kuna project of
the sustainable return, restitution of property and accommodation
of refugees and displaced persons between Croatia and the
Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
The government also initiated procedure for the second amendment of
a framework loan agreement for the reconstruction of the health
care infrastructure between Croatia and the Council of Europe's
Development Bank. Fifty per cent of the 373,684,060 kuna project
will be financed by the Development Bank loan, while the rest will
be covered from the national budget.
The government decided to set up a commission to oversee the
implementation of a national programme for the Roma community. The
commission will submit a progress report to the government once a
year.
