ZAGREB, Nov 21 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Friday initiated procedure to sign an agreement with Bosnia-Herzegovina on mutual abolishment of visa requirements, the government's public relations office stated.

procedure to sign an agreement with Bosnia-Herzegovina on mutual
abolishment of visa requirements, the government's public

The agreement will make it possible for citizens of the two
countries, who hold valid passports and other identification
documents, to cross the border and stay without a visa for 90 days at
the most on condition they do not engage in any commercial or
professional activity.
The government also allowed the office for cooperation with the UN
war crimes tribunal in The Hague to grant 1,800,000 kuna from the
current reserves to finance the defence of general Tihomir Blaskic
and part of the costs of indictees of the tribunal and their
families.
The government also adopted a document allocating 17,735,000 kuna
from the current budgetary reserves to the Defence Ministry to
continue the participation of the Croatian armed forces in the
peace-keeping mission in Afghanistan.
