ZAGREB, Oct 28 (Hina) - The Croatian government will, at its closed session on Wednesday, voice its opinion on the parliament's decision which committed the cabinet to securing all legal assistance to war crimes suspects and ICTY
indictees as well as access to documents necessary for the preparation of their defence.

According to unofficial information, the government's stand will
be that the decision is not a regulation and that it can be
implemented only to the extent which is not contrary to the
Constitution and regulations, particularly the Constitutional Law
on Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) and ICTY
regulations.
