SISAK: DJULA RUSINOVIC SUNARA PRESENTS INDEPENDENT SLATE

SISAK, Nov 20 (Hina) - The head of the Independent Slate in nine constituencies, Djula Rusinovic Sunara, presented its election platform in constituency no. 6 in Sisak on Thursday. #L# Rusinovic Sunara said that the programme of her independent list was based on "the independence of experts and professionals from politics, the elimination of political suitability and partitocracy, and on partnership and gender equality in society and family". There are 126 candidates on the slate, of whom two-thirds are women, she said, adding that their goal was to have independent women in parliament because they would represent Croatia best "as they are not burdened by party discipline".
