PRISTINA, Nov 19 (Hina) - Luxembourg's Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker, currently on a three-day tour of the Balkans, arrived in Kosovo on Wednesday for talks with local and international officials on the situation in the
region.

Kosovo on Wednesday for talks with local and international
officials on the situation in the region. #L#
Juncker said that talks on the final status of Kosovo could not
begin before the requirements of the international community were
fulfilled by 2005 in line with Resolution 1244 of the UN Security
Council and the policy of the UN mission in Kosovo.
Juncker said that attention should now be directed at social and
economic issues in Kosovo.
