Last December Babic appeared at the Croatian part of the Slobodan
Milosevic trial as a witness for the prosecution.
The indictment against Milosevic charges Babic with having
participated in a joint criminal activitiy which was aimed at
annexing ethnically cleansed parts of Croatia to Serbia.
The ICTY is expected to make the indictment public later today.
