Thursday to present its candidates for parliamentary elections.
DJAKOVO, Nov 6 (Hina) - The coalition of the Croatian Democratic
Centre (HDC), the Croatian Democratic Peasant Party (HDSS) and the
Democratic Party of Prigorje and Zagreb (DPS) held a press
conference in Satnica Djakovacka on Thursday to present its
candidates for parliamentary elections. #L#
The list of candidates of this coalition will be headed by Antun
Laszlo, president of the Federation of Peasant Associations of
Slavonia and Baranja (ZUSSB).
Laszlo said he had accepted the coalition's invitation because its
lists consisted of farmers, workers, small-businessmen and retired
people.
Laszlo said that the pensions of members of parliament should be
reduced to those of workers.
