Prior to the parliamentary election, the Croatian government
should facilitate the registration of eligible voters abroad,
organise easier access to polling stations and properly inform
them, OSCE Mission Chief Peter Semneby said.
Many of those voters are in a less favourable position in relation
to others due to lack of information on the registration process and
deadlines, Semneby said.
Croatian voters abroad can cast their ballots on November 22 and 23,
while the deadline for the registration expires on November 8.
