RIJEKA, Oct 31 (Hina) - The president of the Bebic Vladimir - Third Croatian Bloc party, Vladimir Bebic, said on Friday he was confident his party would be "a pleasant surprise of the upcoming elections".

Presenting the slate for the eighth constituency, which covers
Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar counties, Bebic said he expected
his party would win enough votes to enter parliament.
The party will run for parliament throughout the country, including
constituencies for the diaspora and ethnic minorities, he said.
Until recently Bebic's party was called Third Croatian Bloc but
changed its name due to frequent confusion with Ivic Pasalic's
Croatian Bloc. The new name puts Bebic's last name before the first
because alphabetically, the party will be placed higher on
ballots.
