The book, published by Matrix Croatica and the Croatian Heritage
Foundation, gives a survey of Croats' social and cultural traces
from the 18th to 20th century in South Africa.
First Croats arrived there in 1757.
According to the statistics, some 7,000 people of Croatian descent
live in South Africa today.
Mursalo was Croatia's ambassador to the Republic of South Africa
from 1995 to 1999.
