ZAGREB, Oct 1 (Hina) - The average monthly net wage in Croatia in July amounted to 3,981 kuna (EUR530.8), which is 7 kuna or 0.2 percent less than in June in nominal terms and 0.1 percent less in real terms, read data released by the
Central Bureau of Statistics.

In relation to the same month in 2002, the average monthly net wage
in July 2002 saw a nominal increase of six percent (224 kuna) and a
real increase of three percent.
In the period between January and July, the average net wage
amounted to 3,910 kuna (EUR521.3), according to the Central Bureau
of Statistics. Compared to the same period the year before, this is
a 6.5 and 4.9 percent increase in nominal and real terms
respectively.
