Speaking at a panel discussion in a packed conference hall of the
Marjan Hotel in Split, the two leaders said that change of
government was their main objective.
"As soon as we come to power, we will change the constitutional law
on cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal," Pasalic said,
adding that "not a single general will be extradited to the Hague
tribunal."
Tudjman said that the two parties had a clear platform for a modern
Croatia. He said it was "a disgrace" that 85 per cent of banks and 65
per cent of media in Croatia were now "in the hands of foreigners".
