rights relations. #L#
The club of the Social Democratic Party backed the proposal
describing it as a law which would render the process of building
and giving building permits speedier and more economic. This should
also bring more order into construction activities on the Adriatic
coast.
The Croatian Democratic Union disagrees with the proposal that
foreign architects and engineers should be able to work in Croatia
without restrictions. The strongest opposition party insists that
reciprocity should be defined for them and that this might be
applied when Croatia enters the European Union.
