interested parties to hold negotiations on fees for the use of
copyrights. #L#
Under the bill, negotiations would be held under the expert control
of a Council for Intellectual Property which would be set up as part
of the state-run Institute for the Protection of Intellectual
Property.
Copyright protection would be restricted to some extent in
education, public media, court trials, social welfare and
humanitarian institutions.
All clubs of parliamentary parties welcomed the bill despite some
objections to proposed solutions.
