Speaking at the end of his five-day visit to the county, Klaric said
it was necessary to ensure the restitution of property to returning
Serb refugees as soon as possible.
The ombudsman said that an atmosphere of optimism that could be felt
in those areas was encouraging, but stressed that more government
assistance was necessary.
