HR-BULLETIN-Politika BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO. 5088 HINA Zagreb, 26 September 2003 FORMER CROATIAN SERB REBEL LEADER NABBEDBELGRADE, Sept 26 (Hina) - Belgrade's electronic media reported on Friday that Macedonian police arrested a Lt. Colonel of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro and a vice chairman of the war invalids association's steering committee, Milo Novakovic, at the Serbian border on Thursday. Novakovic was one of the senior officials in the occupied part of Croatia held by Serb rebels during the 1990's war. According to media reports, Novakovic was arrested based on a warrant issued by the Croatian Interpol.
