programme for 2003-04 within the Action Plan for membership of NATO

The programme is a document based on which Nato would evaluate
Croatia's progress in the adjustment process, said a statement
issued after the closed session.
The programme is divided into five sections - political and
economic issues, defence and military, the resource issues,
security issues and legal issues.
