The group, which consists of officials from several ministries, is
headed by Justice Minister Ingrid Anticevic Marinovic.
At the first meeting on Monday, it was decided to come up with a
national programme which should include representatives from
several institutions and non-government organisations as well as
representatives from the Croatian Journalists' Society. (HND).
Assistant Justice Minister Zdravko Stojanovic told Hina that the
national programme would encompass all individual groups under
threat. He reminded that the drafting of a programme was
recommended by the UN at its conference on racism in 2001 in Durban,
South Africa.
