The Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications,
Roland Zuvanic, said that the bill envisaged that the boundaries of
the maritime domain would be determined by the Maritime Domain
Commission at his ministry.
Delimitation of the boundaries of the maritime demesne and their
registration in the land registry would be a prerequisite for
granting licences for the exploitation of the maritime domain.
