VUKOVAR-SRIJEM COUNTY VUKOVAR, Sept 10 (Hina) - The U.S. Ambassador to Croatia, Ralph Frank, ended his visit to Vukovar-Srijem County on Wednesday by laying a wreath at the Ovcara mass grave site near Vukovar, where Serb forces
executed some 200 injured soldiers and civilians from the Vukovar hospital in 1991.
