In Ljubljana the matter is not seen as a diplomatic faux pas.
Foreign Ministry public relations officer Rok Srakar said that only
representatives of the European Union and NATO and their members as
of 2004 were invited.
Asked by Hina if it would have not been useful and diplomatic to
invite the Croatian ambassador as well, he repeated the answer
above and said it was all he could say.
