ZAGREB, Sept 8 (Hina) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has strong and very positive cooperation with Croatia and its business sector, EBRD president Jean Lemierre has said.

Development (EBRD) has strong and very positive cooperation with
Croatia and its business sector, EBRD president Jean Lemierre has

"I expect that a total of between 150 million and 200 million euros
will be invested this year," Lemierre told Hina in an interview.
The EBRD's overall investments in Croatia have exceeded 1.2 billion
euros to date. Lemierre said that the amount of funds granted in the
course of a year depended on projects, and estimated they would
continue to be in the region of 150 million euros.
This financial institution has financed more than 60 projects in
Croatia, including 20 credit lines to banks intended for small and
medium-size businesses, the construction of housing and
infrastructure, and the tourist industry.
