ZAGREB ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - A month-long poetry event started in front of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb on Wednesday. During the event, which is held under the slogan "Poetry Without Borders - Meetings", the lovers of
modern poetry will be able to read poetry by European authors displayed on glass billboards all over Zagreb.
ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - A month-long poetry event started in front
of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb on Wednesday. During the
event, which is held under the slogan "Poetry Without Borders -
Meetings", the lovers of modern poetry will be able to read poetry
by European authors displayed on glass billboards all over Zagreb.

This event is part of a poetry event "Time for a Poem", which has
been organised in Vienna for the past 20 years and this year crossed
Austria's borders, said the head of Vienna's contact office in
Zagreb, Boris Peric.
Poems by modern poets from Central Europe have also been displayed
on glass billboards in Budapest, Prague and Bratislava. The Zagreb
event has been organised by the cities of Vienna and Zagreb and the
Croatian PEN association.
