Simonic and Strugar held talks with representatives of this non-
governmental, non-party and humanitarian organisation about its
work and plans.
After the talks held behind closed doors, Simonic said he supported
VIMIO's project, called "Kindergarten", which is aimed at
preventing ethnic-based divisions among children.
The two officials also toured the town of Knezevi Vinogradi, in
which an international summer camp for Romany children is being
held. The event in Knezevi Vinogradi, called "Diversity and
Harmony", is being attended by about 40 kids from Romania,
Macedonia and Croatia.
The camp was organised by Romany societies from the three
countries, with the financial assistance from some international
organisations and the Croatian education ministry.
