Bennani said she would like to see Mostar's Old Bridge and the old
part of the city on the UNESCO list of protected cultural
monuments.
The last block of stone is due to be built into the arc of the
reconstructed Old Bridge on Friday. The bridge was destroyed by
Croat artillery during the Croat-Muslim war in the autumn of 1993.
