MOSTAR, Aug 16 (Hina) - Croatia and Bosnia must enable all of their citizens to fully exercise their property rights if they wish to become parts of the European family, Zdravko Tomac, Croatian parliament vice president and chairman of its foreign affairs committee, said on Saturday. #L# "If Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia wish to be parts of Europe, they have to return all property to pre-war owners and enable all who wish to return (to pre-war homes) to do so," Tomac said after mass at Cer, a village near Doboj in Bosnia's Serb entity Bosnian Croat refugees are returning to. Tomac said both countries' authorities must also provide safe living conditions for returnees.
