BELGRADE, Aug 6 (Hina) - An investigating judge of the Belgrade District Court on Tuesday questioned Vojislav Seselj, who is awaiting trial at the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, as part of an investigation into the assassination of Serbian prime minister Zoran Djindjic, Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic told Belgrade-based B92 radio on Wednesday. #L# Batic said that former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic, who is also in the custody of the UN tribunal, was expected to be questioned later on Wednesday as part of investigations into the killing of prominent Serbian politician Ivan Stambolic and an attempted assassination of Serbian opposition leader Vuk Draskovic. Authorities in Belgrade hold Milosevic responsible for the abduction and killing of Stambolic in August 2000. His body was found on Mount Fruska Gora during the investigation of the Djindjic assassination. Milosevic is also suspected of organising the assassination attempt on Draskovic in which four officials of Draskovic's party were killed. (hina) vm
