In an interview with Podgorica's daily Pobjeda, Lukovac, a former
Montenegrin foreign minister, spoke about the climate in which
Serbia and Montenegro are building mutual relations.
"On one side there is talk that Montenegro is terrorising Serbia by
insisting on equality and parity, while on the other (there is talk)
that Greater Serbia views Montenegro as nothing more than a small-
sized region, with a small population, a small share in gross
domestic product," the minister said, adding this would be avoided
if the two parts of the union built relations as two equal states.
