ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - Luxembourg is the 11th member of the European Union to have ratified the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) between Croatia and the EU, the Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on
Monday.

Agreement (SAA) between Croatia and the EU, the Croatian Foreign

Luxembourg's lower chamber of parliament adopted a bill on the
ratification of the SAA on June 3, and the text of the law was
published in the official gazette on July 18.
The statement said that three more countries were expected to
complete parliamentary ratification procedures soon -- Italy,
Belgium and Finland.
The agreement will enter into force after it is ratified by all EU
member states. Trade relations between Croatia and the EU are
regulated by an interim agreement which has been in force since
January 1, 2002, according to the statement.
