ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic and Parliament President Zlatko Tomcic will spend their summer vacations on the southern Adriatic island of Hvar, while Prime Minister Ivica Racan will vacation on the
neighbouring island of Brac, the three officials told reporters after an informal meeting at the government building on Monday.

Minister Ivica Racan will vacation on the neighbouring island of

"I will spend the summer break at the government's building on Hvar,
as I do each year, and I will pay for it myself," Mesic said.
The three officials said they would not meet while on vacation but
did not rule out the possibility of meeting in early August at a boat
marathon on the Neretva river.
