ZAGREB, July 11 (Hina) - The council for the privatisation of the national oil company INA will propose to the Croatian government to select Hungary's MOL as INA's strategic partner. The government is likely to make this decision at
its coming session, set for July 17, Prime Minister Ivica Racan said on Friday after the session of the council which he helms.

The council concluded that MOL's binding offer to buy 25 percent
plus one share of INA for US$505 million was considerably higher
than that of Austria's OMV which offered 420 million.
