Court on Monday for war crimes committed against civilians in

The accused, members of the so-called Territorial Defence of
Popovac at the time Baranja was occupied by Serb forces, are charged
with having passed decisions on the basis of which the non-Serb
residents of Popovac were subjected to different types of physical
and mental abuse.
After they were read the indictment, the indictees, who have been in
custody since arrest, pleaded not guilty.
