Hashim Thaqi was arrested in Hungary on Monday and released after a
few hours at the intervention of Michael Steiner, chief of the U.N.
Mission in Kosovo, Thaqi's advisor Bekim Cholaku told Belgrade's
Radio 202 on Tuesday. #L#
Cholaku said Thaqi had been arrested on the basis of an order issued
by Yugoslav authorities in 1997 over events in Kosovo that year,
when three policemen had been killed in Glogovac.
