"As far as I am concerned there is no question of Montenegro's
independence as this has already been resolved. It is just a
question of when this will be verified by the international
community. Whether this will be sooner or later depends on other
circumstances," Djukanovic said to Podgorica's IN Television.
He added that if awareness of this fact matured in Serbia then that
day would arrive sooner.
He reminded however, that this question primarily depended on
political structures in Podgorica as well as their capability of
implementing good reforms in the economic and political fields.
