The two-day event has pooled about 300 envoys from 48 countries and
is hosted by the Croatian Telecommunications Union.
The aim of the conference is to conceive a programme for the future
of telecom companies so as to start new technologies and secure
quality services and new jobs, UNI Telecom board chairman Larry
Cohen told a news conference.
UNI Telecom has in excess of two million members.
