NOVIGRAD, June 15 (Hina) - The vice president of the ruling coalition's Croatian Peasant Party (HSS), Ante Simonic, said on Sunday he expected parliamentary elections would be held in mid-November, which he thought was the right time
for the ballot.

coalition's Croatian Peasant Party (HSS), Ante Simonic, said on
Sunday he expected parliamentary elections would be held in mid-
November, which he thought was the right time for the ballot. #L#
He pointed to the need of having a successful tourist season because
it was of national interest, and completing many strategic
projects, primarily the adoption of 48 basic laws necessary to join
the European Union.
Simonic said the HSS would run in the parliamentary election alone,
and that the party's rating was growing.
During the campaign the party will not attack other parties but
affirm the principles it advocates, he said.
