MOSTAR, June 11 (Hina) - The spokesman for the SFOR multi-national brigade for southeast sector, Tommaso Magistretti, on Wednesday assessed that Stabilisation Forces soldiers acted professionally during their recent search for an ICTY
indictee, Croatian General Anto Gotovina, in the Rama region and that they did not use any force.
MOSTAR, June 11 (Hina) - The spokesman for the SFOR multi-national
brigade for southeast sector, Tommaso Magistretti, on Wednesday
assessed that Stabilisation Forces soldiers acted professionally
during their recent search for an ICTY indictee, Croatian General
Anto Gotovina, in the Rama region and that they did not use any

Commenting on objections that SFOR soldiers acted aggressively
during the search, Magistretti said that in line with SFOR's
mandate in Bosnia SFOR soldiers do not need a warrant to conduct a
search of any building.
The spokesman also said that during the raid in the Rama region one
person was arrested for possession of weapons which was handed over
to local the police.
